I need a bigger scanner.

Or at least to stop taking up so much room per page in my big sketchbook.

So anyways, here's a newer sketch of Phobos, the original main character of my series DevilSaint. It's not often that one makes a kickboxing necromancer with one eye and one arm his main character, but... as we all know, this is not going to be an ordinary series.

With some of the newer skills I've picked up over the past few months of lessons and practice, I feel that I can more easily and quickly put together a picture of a character than before, and have the figure look more natural even with such ridiculously designed armor. I also did away with the platemail armor which normally is normally outside of his hipcape, since it is a pain in the ass to draw all of the cords that connect the plates. I'll probably put it in on the finished version. The main reason for this one was really just to get more practice drawing him, since he is the main character after all.
